This is my Idea of  how to  effectively implement the money from the stimulus plan/bail out.

According to the Forecast Policy Count 2006-2020, we have about 65,725,850 Home Owners in America.The bail out is supposed to go well over the 800 Billion dollars, divide that by the number of home owners...you do the math!

Let's face it...Real Estate did put us in a ditch... Real Estate shall get us out of it!

Instead to let the bank decide what to do with the money (besides buying Jets for 50 millions)...let the money go to the Americans!!!

Money shall be distributed in equal amounts to all Home Owners in America  a trust account shall be opened, the Home Owner's CPA shall become the trustor of the trust, and only following Government guidelines, shall be in charged to disburse the adequate amounts to pay legitimate bills like,credit cards,medical bills the difference of the amount owned to the banks and the current appraised value of the home in order to reduce the mortgage monthly payment and force the lenders to recast a loan with more beneficial and honest interest rates.This money will rightfully go to cover the actual debt of each home owner and all the credit cards ,students loans,medical bills and mortgage principal reduction.In other words the active debts will be reduced and money will flow to the entities that rightfully offered the services.Mortgages will come down to a more reasonable market value and again the rightfully entity will receive the money in order to reduce the debt.

Home Owners will not be evicted, there will be no more foreclosures and no more interruptions on the lives of the people of America!!!

No more murder suicide either!!!

The stimulus will come from within the people that will finally react positively and will be motivated for a better future.

This is a very simple concept... maybe too simple :o)...Or maybe they just may want the control?

I am not a Senator nor a politician, I feel that I am a rational human with good values and looking straight into the eyes of disaster.

It is very true...we are our own worst enemies!
